Hand crafted workouts are posted 5-days a week with some extra hints for your active recovery days as well. All workouts are planned to take 60 minutes or less and include the ability to modify movements if required.

There are no complex gymnastic or barbell movements in The Program - the workouts are designed to be inclusive, safe and fun. If you're looking for 'more' then we suggest you check out the Performance Program (which is already included in your membership).

You can track your progress in the App and you can also ask the coaches questions. There's even an inbuilt timer for those workouts that require it!

It really is everything you'll ever need to workout, wherever you are.

Program Details:

Build
It’s all in the name! This program is designed to build both muscle and strength. The primary focus is to maximize muscle hypertrophy (growth), followed by increasing general strength patterns utilizing fundamental compound exercises that involve large muscle masses – think Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press!

Shred
Combining cardio and compound exercises in an interval-style format that will have you feeling challenged and energized. Expect to lose sweat, build strength and get shredded with these high intensity sessions!

Dumbbell
Simple. Effective. Anywhere. Our Dumbbell Program is designed with these 3 aspects in mind. Whether you’re in the gym, on the road or short on time, you can workout confidently knowing this will not just ‘get the job done’, but keep you crushin’ goals. Albeit you’ll see equipment, however we do offer equipment substitutions, even if you only have a backpack.  

Performance
Our Performance Program incorporates elements from a variety of training modalities, such as; weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio exercises; that are delivered in a variety of formats that will be sure to keep your motivation up and progress driving forward. This program follows the functional fitness season so you’re ‘Open’ ready.

Booty
The Booty program is here to help you build strength and definition in your lower body and core. Designed for both men and women, this program is designed in 6-week blocks with changing priorities and is led by skilled coaches and focuses on results. Say goodbye to a weak and underwhelming lower body, and hello to a toned, powerful, and confident physique. Get ready to make a statement with your booty!
