Bambu Training – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered under Bambu Training, including our online programs and the Bambu Training Academy.

Please read them carefully before subscribing or enrolling. By processing any payment to use our services, you agree to the relevant terms below.

Bambu Training – Online Programs Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all online training subscriptions offered by Bambu Training (“the Service”). By processing a transaction, creating an account, subscribing, or using any Bambu Training program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription & Billing
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle.

You authorize Bambu Training and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments until you cancel.

If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry. Continued failure may result in temporary suspension until payment is updated.

Bambu Training is not responsible for overdraft fees, bank charges, international fees, or currency conversion costs.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via direct email to info@bambutraining.com with 3 days notice before the next billing cycle, or on your own through the platform where you originally signed up (e.g., Bambu Training website, app, or TrainHeroic Marketplace).

- You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Cancelling stops future payments but does not refund the current billing period.
- You will keep access until the end of your paid cycle.

Important:
Removing or deleting programs from your app/account does not cancel your subscription.
This only removes them from your view. Your subscription will continue to renew and charge your payment method until you complete the official cancellation process through your account settings.

Bambu Training staff will not cancel subscriptions on your behalf without prior approval or request — it must be initated directly by you, the user.

3. Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to reasons such as:
- Change in schedule
- Injury or illness
- Travel or relocation
- Not using the program
- Dissatisfaction with difficulty or results

Because digital content is delivered automatically after payment is processed, refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

4. Program Access & Content
Your subscription grants access only to the programs included in your plan. Bambu Training may update, modify, or replace program content at any time to improve quality and user experience.

You may not share, copy, distribute, or resell any program materials.

Accounts found sharing login access or paid content may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
By participating in Bambu Training programs, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own health and safety.
- You are physically able to participate in exercise and training activities.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training.

Bambu Training is not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage that occurs while using the program.

6. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having:
- A stable internet connection
- A device capable of accessing the program

Bambu Training is not responsible for technical problems related to your device, internet provider, or third-party platforms used to deliver content.

7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- Updating your payment method when needed
- Ensuring your email address remains valid for notifications

Unauthorized sharing of account access may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Termination of Access
Bambu Training may suspend or terminate accounts without refund for:
- Payment failure
- Violation of these Terms
- Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other users
- Sharing or distributing paid content

9. Agreement
By subscribing, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Bambu Training Academy – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations for the Bambu Training Academy (“the Academy”). By enrolling in an intake, you agree to the following terms.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Academy aims to run all intakes as scheduled. However, circumstances such as illness, facility issues, natural events, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen disruptions may require schedule changes.

If the Academy must cancel or reschedule an intake, your enrollment will be moved to a future intake at no additional cost.

The Academy does not guarantee specific dates, staff, or formats and reserves the right to adjust schedules, teaching personnel, and delivery methods when necessary.

2. Refund Policy
All Academy payments are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changes to your personal schedule
- Illness or injury
- Travel disruptions or cancellations
- Visa or entry issues
- Any other individual circumstance

If an intake is cancelled by the Academy, your enrollment will be deferred to a future intake. No refunds will be provided.

3. Non-Transferability
Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or reassigned to another person.Enrollment is tied to the individual who completed the registration.

4. Travel Responsibility
All travel and accommodation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the participant, including:
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Visas and entry requirements
- Travel & Medical insurance
- Local transportation
- Personal expenses

The Academy does not reimburse or compensate for travel or accommodation if an intake is rescheduled or affected by external factors.

We strongly recommend:
- Booking flexible or refundable accommodation
- Choosing changeable flight options
- Having travel insurance that covers delays, cancellations, and medical emergencies

Participants are responsible for ensuring their visa, passport validity, and entry requirements for Indonesia are met.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Academy involves physical activity and practical coaching.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with:
- Exercise and physical training
- Movement demonstrations
- Practical coaching tasks

The Academy and its staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate and obtaining medical clearance, if needed.

6. Code of Conduct
The Academy maintains a professional, respectful learning environment.

The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant without refund in cases of:
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Unsafe conduct
- Harassment or disrespect toward staff or other participants
- Breaches of Academy policies

7. Flexible Booking Recommendations
Because factors like weather, travel delays, and personal circumstances may impact attendance, we recommend:
- Booking flexible accommodation
- Choosing flights that can be changed
- Securing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes or emergencies

These measures help protect you in the event of unforeseen disruptions.

8. Agreement
By completing your Academy enrollment, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
