These terms apply to gyms that buy the Bambu Training partner gym license ("the License"). By ticking the box at checkout and completing payment, your gym agrees to these terms.

1. What the License includes

• Commercial rights to run all six Bambu Training programs (Lift, Build, Shred, Booty, Perform and HYROX) in your gym's classes and personal training sessions.
• One TrainHeroic account for your gym to receive the programs.
• One onboarding call.

TrainHeroic access for your members to log their results is not included. It is an additional service we can agree separately.

2. How your gym can use the programs

• Coach the sessions in your classes and personal training at the gym named at checkout.
• Adapt the sessions to suit your space, equipment and members.
• Show the day's session to your members, for example on a whiteboard or screen in the gym.

The License covers one gym location. Email us to add more locations.

3. What your gym can't do

• Share the gym's TrainHeroic login with members, coaches or anyone outside the gym's management.
• Copy, publish, sell, sublicense or distribute the programs, including in print, online, in an app or on social media.
• Sell or market the programs as your own product.

4. Ownership

Bambu Training owns all programs and program content. The License gives your gym permission to use them while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership.

5. Billing

• The License costs $70 USD per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You authorize Bambu Training and its payment processor to charge your card for each renewal.
• If a payment fails, it will be retried. Continued failure may pause or end your access.
• Bambu Training is not responsible for bank charges, international fees or currency conversion costs.

6. Cancellation

• Cancel any time through your billing portal or by emailing info@bambutraining.com.
• You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Your gym's TrainHeroic account is then removed.
• Your gym must stop using the programs once access ends.

7. Refunds

License payments are non-refundable, including for part of a month.

8. Program updates

Bambu Training may update, change or replace program content at any time.

9. Health and safety

Your gym is responsible for delivering the sessions safely. This includes using qualified coaches, suitable equipment, appropriate screening of members and holding your own insurance. Bambu Training is not liable for any injury, illness or damage arising from sessions delivered at your gym.

10. Ending the License

Bambu Training may suspend or end the License without refund if your gym does not pay, shares its login or program content, or otherwise breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email active partner gyms before any change takes effect.
